Biography
Matthew Borges was born and raised in Connecticut. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2022 and is licensed to practice law in Connecticut. As a public interest law fellow at UMass Law, Matt was determined to make a difference in the legal field, offering legal aid to those who needed it most throughout the municipalities of Boston. Further, having been Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:03 Certified, Matt was able to gain experience practicing law under the guidance of other attorneys, servicing the Mashpee and Wampanoag communities of Cape Cod. Throughout law school, Matt was recognized by professors and colleagues for his excellent oratorical skills, and his perceptiveness. Matt applies these skills in his current role practicing civil ligation at Mills & Cahill where he zealously represents his clients.
